As you know Torch, I've been having my own little pissing match over Zeitgeist with a little group of these nutbars. And in response to the "religion has killed more people than anything else on the planet" I did a little digging...

And it turns out the genocides engineered by the governments who didn't believe in God by policy win that award, hands down. Religion can't fucking touch 'em.

Random: Followed the employer link, your employer sounds like a company that would be in William Gibson's "Pattern Recognition"; a weird amalgam (sp?) of marketing and strategical stuff.

Non-Random: Are you posting this debate/Flamewar here? If so, I will follow the burning smell.

Shameless Plug: I'm blogging again. I think.

Socially: Are we down with meeting in the meatspace? Namely, this city of Calgary?

I can't wait! I loves me a good "Torch as devil's advocate" or "Torch debates because he can" argument. LOVES IT!
